It is hard to articulate the exact emotions that one feels upon listening to Pakistani 'musical sensation' Taher Shah. That is what happens when you are faced with 'true genius'. Words elude you as he croons his lyrics -- what can only be defined as 'utterly profound' -- between the swishes of his long, 'lovely and lustrous' hair.
He shot to fame with his chart-busting, billboard rattling, this-guy-needs-a-Nobel number, 'Eye to Eye' and he is back! And since the last time he spoke about feeling like a "a butterfly... without fly", this time he has arranged for some wings.
So I must pause and let you soar to transcendental heights, mesmerized by the 'sheer brilliance' of this man. I just hope that Gabriel, Raphael, Michael and the rest of the angels don't file a defamantion case. A PIL over 'hurt sentiments' perhaps?
