Bombay partymongers might need to do a double-think before accusing Delhi of a dull nightlife. The capital can now boast of having its very own Hard Rock Cafe. Unlike its Bombay counterpart, however, the Delhi HRC does not give its customers ample breathing and drunken hand-wielding space. You are promised the usual frills—dim gothic lighting, a Tina Turner wig on display. The affable staff even break into a jig when the speakers blare out ymca, but the inevitable how-deep-are-my-pockets question might need some answering.
