Khan Chacha once had the power to humble all kinds of people. The manicured woman, for instance, would struggle with the onions spilling out of her chicken tikka roll, while the brawny man would be seen clumsily wiping mint chutney off his face while wolfing his seekhs down. What made the Chacha experience even more meaningful was that you ate standing up; and braved the sun, the rain or the cold to savour your mutton tikkas.
