Kamra had criticised the Supreme Court for granting interim bail to Arnab Goswami in an abetment to suicide case on Wednesday.
The stand-up comic had criticised the SC over its ruling to grant Arnab Goswami bail in his four tweets.
Justice Naveen Chawla disapproved of comedian Kunal Kamra's behaviour on flight and said it cannot be permitted on an airline.
Kamra, who was suspended from flying for heckling journalist Arnab Goswami during a flight and making a video of the incident, had earlier issued a legal notice to Indigo Airlines demanding a sum of Rs 25 lakh for the mental pain.
Kunal, who was in India to visit his family, was scheduled to fly on Air India from Jaipur to Mumbai. Air India is one of four airlines which have banned Kamra from flying with them.
Kamra was banned by India's largest airline for six months on Tuesday for allegedly harassing Goswami on the Mumbai-Lucknow flight. SpiceJet, GoAir and Air India also imposed a similar ban on Kamra without specifying any period.
