He is back. JMM chief Shibu Soren was sworn in as Jharkhand chief minister. Once again. The photo shows the celebrations when the deal was sealed. Eleven ministers also took oath along with Mr Soren. All the Independents, except former CM Madhu Koda and Chandra Prakash Chaudhary have been retained in the new ministry. The new state cabinet has convened a special assembly session on August 29 to prove majority.  Popularly known as 'Guruji'  Soren has faced criminal cases forcing him twice to step down as union minister during the UPA rule under Manmohan Singh. He has been acquitted in the 1975 Chirrudih massacre case and also in the murder of former personal secretary Shashinath for which he served a prison term from December 2006 to August 2007. His being back in the saddle is seen as a quid pro quo for his support to Manmohan Singh government in the July 22 trust vote.
