Adeel, elder brother of Dr. Kafeel Ahmad Khan, and his associate Mohammad Faizan have been booked for allegedly opening a bank account using fake documents.
"It was very evident that Uttar Pradesh police was acting on someone's instructions, their intention was clear," he said.
