The Calcutta High Court had on May 21 ordered shifting of two West Bengal ministers, an MLA and a former Kolkata mayor to house arrest from jail.
Ministers Subrata Mukherjee and Firhad Hakim, Trinamool Congress MLA Madan Mitra and former city mayor Sovan Chatterjee will continue to remain in judicial custody.
Besides Mamata Banerjee and Moloy Ghatak, CBI has also made Trinamool Congress MP and lawyer Kalyan Banerjee a party in its petition before the high court.

CBI officials told me this was a politically sensitive case, all evidence, including tapes showing Adhikari accepting bribe and Mirza taking Rs 15 lakh for Mukul Roy, was forensically authenticated.
The Calcutta High Court had ordered a CBI probe into the sting operation in March 2017.
