Tottenham Hotspur also had their Premier League game against Brighton postponed due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Forfeiting the game against Rennes would mean Spurs' ouster from Europa Conference League.
Tottenham’s Europa Conference League game against Rennes had already been pushed back this week and the Premier League said Thursday that it approved a request from Spurs to postpone the Brighton match.
Spurs are awaiting further PCR results and if found positive, the Covid-hit players will undergo 10-day self-isolation and miss their next three games. Spurs visit Rennes in UEFA Europa Conference League on Thursday.
Erik Botheim and Ola Solbakken netted two goals each for Norwegian champion Bodo/Glimt, while Patrick Berg and Amahl Pellegrino scored one each against AS Roma.
