Mahindra has launched its ‘World of SUVs’ dealerships at 300 locations across India which have been under development for the last six months. This crop of showrooms aims to digitise, personalise and provide a more premium purchase experience to the buyers. Mahindra plans on having these dealerships within a 25km radius of all the major cities.
Mahindra will be offering free WiFi, customer lounges and beverage counters for prospective buyers and other visitors accompanying them. For a digital experience, there will be a virtual reality experience zone that’ll let you experience the Alturas G4 with screen mirroring on 86-inch TV screens. These zones are also equipped with specially trained relationship managers for a more premium buying experience.
Additionally, these World Of SUVs showrooms will continue offering official Mahindra accessories, merchandise and digital information panels to reduce paper wastage and increase convenience. Where Maruti Suzuki setup a more premium shop altogether like Nexa, Mahindra has gone to develop its existing set of dealerships for improving the buyer’s experience.
Mahindra recently launched a special edition Thar called the Thar 700 as a swansong to the revered off-roader. The Chakan-based manufacturer will also introduce a new AMT-equipped version of the XUV300 which you will be available to purchase from these World of SUVs dealerships.
