Harley-Davidson’s decision to enter the small-capacity motorcycle segment was surprising, to say the least. Following up on that, the Milwaukee-based company confirmed that it will be partnering with Chinese bikemaker Qianjiang Motorcycle Co, to make the small-capacity motorcycle.
