Actor Sonakshi Sinha has sold her first painting. The acrylic painting of Lord Ganesha, titled ‘Anaaye’, which was available for purchase on the website of Sinha’s recent venture, 'House Of Creativity', was purchased by the actor’s fan.

“It is an acrylic painting on canvas, which took about three days to complete. It was bought by an ardent fan for his wife and that’s what made me even happier because now my fans can have something that means so much to me,” she tells us.

Her love for art was evident during the lockdown when she showcased her sketches and paintings on social media. Her art venture, House of Creativity, which she launched along with her brothers Luv and Kush, features artworks  by the actor and other artists as well.

"Art has always been a huge part of me that's why this feels even more special. I am an actor, I've made my name in this field of art, which is cinema but this is a whole different ballgame and it really feels like I'm making my debut again,” she says.

The actor is beyond happy as her first painting got sold out.

“I've always been quite low-key about my art until very recently.  House of Creativity has given me the right encouragement and motivation to share my art with the world and I am loving every bit of it," she adds.
