India produced a sensational fightback to beat England by 157 runs in the fourth Test at the Oval, London on Monday. The win, India's second at the venue, helped Virat Kohi & Co take an unassailable 2-1 lead in the five-match series. Needing all ten wickets on the final day, India dismissed England for 210 in their second innings. India could manage only 191 in their first innings, then conceded a 99-run lead to England. Powered by the eventual man of the match, Rohit Sharma's ton, India scored 466 runs in the second essay to set a target of 368 runs for England.  But Rohit wasn't the lone hero of the match. Shardul Thakur played the role of an all-rounder to perfection, hitting fifties in both innings, while also taking crucial wickets. Cheteshwar Pujara played a good knock of 61 runs to support Rohit in the second innings. Then there were cameos from Rishabh Pant, Umesh Yadav and Jasprit Bumrah, who also became the quickest Indian to take 100 wickets in Test wickets. India's previous win at the Oval was way back in 1936, by nine wickets. They had since played 13 matches, before this match, without a win. The series finale at Old Trafford, Manchester is scheduled to start on September 10. Catch highlights and crickets scores of the fourth Test match between England and India here:
